The 19th annual Charity Golf Classic, to benefit the Grand Rapids Oral Deaf program, will be teeing it up Friday, May 14, 2010, at Quail Ridge Golf Club. This is our main fundraising event of the year and we need your support. There are many ways to participate––as a tournament sponsor, a raffle item donor, a player, and/or a volunteer. Your contribution in any of these ways helps us make incredible successes happen for students in the Grand Rapids Oral Deaf program. The Charity Golf Classic helps fund the activities of our students and staff. Your support of this event will help us raise enough money to pay for new audiology equipment and educational materials, update technology in the classroom, enhance our literacy library, fund the Kindermusik program, purchase new playground equipment, offset costs associated with teacher seminars, training, family support meetings and so much more.
Listen to your heart and hear the voices of our students. Join with us in our mission: To enable children with hearing loss to gain the skills necessary to perform at the same level as their normal hearing peers using the Auditory-Verbal practices of teaching.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Brink, PTO President
