A little about our staff:
The average tenure for the staff at the Grand Rapids Oral Deaf Program is 10 years. All of our teachers and teacher consultants hold a master’s degree in either special education or early childhood development. Some of the colleges and universities attended by our staff include: Grand Valley State University, Western Illinois University, Calvin College, Michigan State University and Grand Rapids Community College. Almost all of our teachers currently hold additional certification in auditory verbal therapy.
